Cardinals team president, Michael Bidwell, has confirmed that Kolb will be the starting quarterback for the Cardinals come Sunday.  Earlier in the week coach Ken Whisenhunt caused a stir when he said that John Skelton had not been ruled out yet for this week.  However, multiple reports have Skelton out 2-4 weeks.  If Kolb is able to take command of the offense and be productive, Skelton may have a hard time taking the job back from him once he is healthy again.  For the time being Kolb has been given a second chance.  Now Kolb has the opportunity to prove to the Cardinals and their fans that he is worth the money the organization spent on him to be their quarterback.  Kolb has been given what every athlete longs for, a second chance.
